Exercise….it’s helping me stay sane.

Copy of Copy of March 2020 Graphics ALT 2 copy 4So, as we start week three of life being turned upside down the question has been how to choose a hot spot of the week when we’re supposed to be social distancing, and only going out to get essentials.  I decided this was the perfect time to showcase some of my favorite virtual faves, as well as share businesses that are doing curb side pick up or take out.

This weeks virtual hot spot is Daily Burn.  One of my friends introduced me to them several years ago, and I’m so grateful.  During this time exercise is one of the things that is helping me to stay sane.  I have enjoyed getting out of the house to go for a walk, unfortunately our weather hasn’t been the best so walks are on hold.  Therefore I am streaming my workouts from Daily Burn.  I love that each morning at 6 AM PDT there is a brand new workout (weekends are repeats, and currently they are sharing workouts that had been pre-recorded), in addition there are so many different workout options to choose from.  They’ve got yoga, strength training, mobility, and so much more.  One of the options they have that I love is short 5 min or 10 min workouts.  So if you’re short on time you can still get a little workout in.

It is a subscription model and there are several different options for you to choose from.  I know that this may not be the best option for some of you during this time as you may be cutting back on expenses, however they do have a 60 day free trial so that would give you a time to try it.
